BMW Premium Selection now in India


With the premium car market growing in India despite economic setbacks, the range of used premium cars is also growing. As a result it is natural for premium car makers to set up their own pre-owned car business, and that's exactly what BMW has done with the inauguration of the 'BMW Premium Selection'

BMW India has launched their ‘BMW Premium Selection’ range in India. The BMW Premium Selection is BMW’s range of used cars. BMW selects used BMW cars and comprehensively examines them on a 360-degree check before they make it to the Premium Selection.

The BMW Premium Selection of cars also comes with a full detailed history of servicing, maintenance and repairs. Any BMW that is not properly maintained cannot feature in the BMW Premium Selection. Once a car is selected, it is technically and visually refurbished completely.

All used BMW cars that will be made available under the BMW Premium Selection will be less than five years old and will not have clocked more than 1,20,000 kilometres. BMW will also offer a warranty on the BMW Premium Selection range up to 24 months or 2,00,000 kilometres, whichever is earlier. Owners of BMW Premium Selection cars will also have the option of taking BMW’s India Road Side Assistance which is a 24-hour, 365 days a year initiative to provide back-up in case of need.

BMW India President Andreas Schaaf said, “BMW Premium Selection will play an important role in the success of our company. It has its very own chapter in the ‘Story of joy’. We believe that a decisive factor in the development of BMW Premium Selection business will be through establishment of exclusive and luxurious BMW Premium Selection showrooms of international standards at important commercial centres across the country. We stand behind every BMW Premium Selection vehicle for guaranteed quality and premium services. At the same time, BMW Premium Selection is an official promise of quality to demanding customers which guarantees certain standards.”

The BMW India website will have the full range of used cars in their BMW Premium Selection updated on a real time basis. All technical details, maintenance history and actual photographs of all cars featuring on the BMW Premium Selection list will be available on the site.

BMW Premium Selection vehicles can now be selected through exclusive BMW Premium Selection dealerships at seven locations in India, namely Bird Automotive (Gurgaon), Krishna Automobiles (Ludhiana), Infinity Cars (South Mumbai), Bavaria Motors (Pune), Navnit Motors (Bangalore), KUN Exclusive (Chennai) and KUN Exclusive (Hyderabad).

BMW India has set up a dedicated team of trained technical and sales professionals to set a new benchmark for quality and customer care in the pre-owned car business in India.
